Welcome Incoming Graduate and Professional Students!
Congratulations and welcome to your time as a graduate and/or professional student here at Duke. Whether you are fresh out of your undergraduate institution, a dedicated student with previous graduate or professional work already accomplished, or returning to school after years in the work force, we are excited to have you join our great Duke community.
The Graduate and Professional Student Council (GPSC) is an organization designed to serve all graduate and professional students. Our primary mission is to build community among graduate and professional students, and between graduate and professional students and the larger Duke community. In addition, we lobby for the graduate and professional student community with regard to various academic and administrative concerns. We would like to be a resource to you during your time at Duke.

There you will find more information about our bi-weekly meetings, which you are invited to attend, as well as material about upcoming events such as the GPSC Men's Basketball Campout . Our website is also a good repository of information on topics ranging from Duke Student Health Insurance and student organizations to outdoor activity options and local restaurant recommendations.
